A chilly morning in the “outer” reaches of Chatham County greeted four of Churham’s finest. While there was no EC, Yanni took his traditional 7 mile mosey to the AO. The men unloaded the toys and we were off.

The Thang
Grab two tires and two rucks and head to the end of the parking lot. Two men take tires and begin to throw them towards the other end of the lot. The other two take off on a lap around the circle. Upon their return slap on a ruck and knock out 25 squats. Rotate until everyone has completed the circuit three times.

Usain Bolts with tires. The runner puts a tire over each shoulder and runs to the far end of the parking lot and back while the remaining men knock out AMRAP exercises until his return. Rotate through the PAX twice.

Tug of War. YHC was a little concerned about this. With four men there’s a good chance for imbalance. However it was perfectly balanced. So much so that the tug went on for a long time…I mean a long time. Eventually one team won and called out the exercise for the group. It was so much fun we did it two more times.
