It was a great morning for my VQ at Parasdise. The goal was to do something with some running and conditioning that would be manageable for YHC and turn it over to Nacho (site Q) for the 2nd half of the Main Event. However…as grateful (more on gratitude later) as I was to Nacho for taking over, YHC redlined no less than 3 times in the 2nd half, and now I know exactly where my conditioning really is…

One partner runs the parking lot loop while the other does reps
Total of 100 Merkins, 200 WWII/LBC, 300 Squats
2nd Half:
Mosey to 1st traffic circle, bear crawl around
Mosey to 2nd traffic circle, crawl bear around
Mosey down a long hill, enjoy mumble-chatter (briefly)
Interval sprints back up the hill with 5 burpees OYO at the end of each sprint
