Mosey to the second gate on THWM, which served as home base. Divide into 3 groups. Round robin for 3 rounds, with many exercises thrown in to keep PAX moving in between rounds (burpees, squats, BTTW, alternating lunges, jump squats, etc.):
Round 1:
- 2 minutes max merkins
- (downhill) Jog down and crab walk up
- (uphill) Crawl bear up and jog down
Round 2:
- 2 minutes max alternating jump lunges
- (downhill) Jog down and one legged bear crawl up
- (uphill) Bunny hop up and jog down
Round 3:
- 2 minutes max burpees
- (downhill) Jog down and sprint up X2
- (uphill) Backwards run up and jog down
