Thanksgiving day eating is something YHC looks forward to all year. Post-Thanksgiving guilt, not so much. Getting Black Friday off to a good start with a beatdown was key to overcoming that certain feeling of overeating and over drinking that comes with the season. YHC was happy to signup to Q in order to ensure no matter how late I was up the night before, I wouldn’t miss the one opportunity to workout.
This workout would incorporate many of YHCs Wall favorites. Ricky Bobby, Jacobs, Pull up bars, and of course, BTTW. aka. A Black Friday sale of standards.
YHC arrived a few minutes early to an empty parking lot. Slowly but surely the hardcore PAX surfaced with Duplo coming in on 2 wheels to setup coffeteria.
Warm up:
SSH x 20
Slow Merkins x 10

Thang 1:
Ricky Bobby around the block
Thang 2:
Jacobs ladder with 5 burpees at the top of the damn hill. 1 burpee at the bottom. Ladder down and up.
Thang 3:
Dips and derkin set
Dips x 20, 15, 10
Derkins x 20, 15, 10
Box jumps x 10 OYO x 3
Thang 4:
AMRAP and pull-up set
Partner up. Part group calls exercises for others. Run to pull up bars and do 10 pull-ups each. Run back.
Switch.
Exercises were – Monkey humpers, squats, merkins, johnny dramas, WW2s, and something else

Balls to the Wall
BTTW x 10 count per pax
People’s chair x 20 count per pax
Announcements:
Grunge run on Saturday. There’s a channel. Jinx might join for a large portion.
