Run up to OEC entrance, SSH IC, Imperial Walker IC, Arm Circles IC, Willie Mays Hays IC
The Thang:
Run down Laurel Hill and Merkin Pyramid(10). Line up in groups of 4-5 for Indian Run up Laurel Hill, stopping every 2 minutes for a pyramid exercise. Pyramids were as follows: Jump Squat Pyramid(10), Carolina Dry Dock Pyramid(8), Dips Pyramid(8). Finish Indian Run at OEC and ran 1/2 way down OEC hill. Circled up for Russian Hammer pyramid(8). Sprint to top of the hill for COT.
