Warm up: SSH, Willy Mays, IW, Hillbilly, MC, Plank Jacks, and slow count merkins
Mosey to steps near Student Stores stopping along the way to do 1 set of step ups and 1 set of dips.
Thang 1: 1 PAX bear crawls up the steps and crawl bears back down while the other PAX do an exercise of the bear crawlers choice, taking turns doing the steps and choosing exercises. PAX did merkins, burpees, LBCs, monkey humpers, jump squats, WWIIs, Freddy Mercuries (and possibly one more that YHC can’t recall).
Thang 2: Mosey up the steps to the Pit for some escalators. PAX used different modes of travel to go around the Pit and did exercises at the corners, starting with 5 and increasing reps by 5 at each subsequent corner.
First Circuit: Side shuffle and merkins
Second Circuit: Karaoke and LBCs
Third Circuit: Lunge Walk and Carolina Dry Docks
Fourth Circuit: Jog in the short section and sprint in the long ones and WWIIs
Fifth Circuit: Backwards run and burpees
Sixth Circuit: Jog and Sprint and merkins (but just 5 reps; no escalator)
Mosey back to Kenan for Mary: Heels to heaven, box cutter, flutter kick, and low plan hold ring of fire.
