It’s been said “Be careful what you ask for. You just may get it.” If you’ve been posting for any length of time, you may well expect that if you get to choose what’s behind door #1 or door #2 that you’l end up doing them both anyway. That’s what happened this morning.

Perhaps the best part of the AMRAP format is you can go as fast and hard as you choose, so you’re essentially guaranteed to get a good work out. There was a good lesson taken from today too. AMRAPs with pax that will push themselves will result in very little mumble chatter. I think this is a great reason to inject some tunes. But choose wisely, not everyone can pull off rocking Taylor Swift. Better to stick with standards like Metallic, Rush, GNR and the like!
