As Hurricane Dorian moved through the area on Thursday, YHC was sure he might really get to live out tenet #3 of F3 that workouts happen rain or shine. In thinking of routines, what better way to workout in a hurricane than to have a hurricane themed workout. Thankfully for the PAX of Chatham, the primary rain and weather moved through the area overnight and we were left with a steady breeze that actually made things very comfortable. Checking the satellite images before the workout, TAP went out to all the folks in Eastern NC as the eye-wall sat over Morehead City and Beaufort.

YHC arrived at the AO to a group of PAX apparently doing their own Murph training. Mothman waited for the main event. Stinky Pete soon ran up from the depths of Briar Chapel. Time to begin (Bunyon rolled in a few minutes into the warmup).

Hurricane workout – Mosey to the tennis courts. Start in one corner. YHC explains to the PAX the plan. We’ll start at category 1 and progress. Stop at each corner of the tennis complex for an exercise. The long sides we run. The short sides we do a travelling exercise.
