YHC picked up the Q as halfback had family obligations and needed to step down from the Q sheet.
Having led a new style AMRAP with tire on Wednesday I wanted to try and lead more running; as I am not a runner I needed to even the playing field. YHC stole this Q idea from Buffay and it worked well with Coco coming thru Churham this week.
Warm up
5 minutes only because we had work to do
The Thang
The Coco: Running stopping every minute on the minute for 10 burpees; scaling as needed knowing this was the whole workout today. Each stop had 1 min to complete your burpees the run.
We stayed together and kept pushing because it was 20 rounds as we covered about 2 miles around Hillsborough (check strava for route if interested) before a final 2 min of corpse pose or Floyd plank (PAX choice)
