The Thang

YHC planned what he had in store for the PAX the evening before by taking a drive through the Croasdaile Farm neighborhood.  I found our path and we were off.  We would attempt to run for .5 miles and then do an exercise.  The exercise would be Burpees and we would complete 12 of them at each stop.  We did this six times but after the 5th round we cut the run short and implemented some lunge walks away from Chubbs Hill for about 60 yards.  We ended where we started and all in all we completed 2.6 miles and 72 Burpees.
