Crazy humid morning after the ridiculous amount of rain we’ve had lately. On the bright side, at least it wasn’t raining this morning. YHC was a bit concerned that the first exercise would be, ‘The Bojangles’ as I was the only one present as of 05:29. But two other PAX come in at the last minute to save YHC from the BoBerry Binge.

Warmup

– SSH IC x20
– Arm Circles x20 (and Reverse)
– Willie Mays Hayes x10
– Imperial Walkers IC x10
– Calf Stretches

ME

– BTTW (30 seconds, People’s Chair (1 min) – Repeat

– Stack & Track – PAX start with 5 burpees and then run a lap. Then do 5 burpees, 10 Merkins, and then run a lap. Continue sequence to the top of the pyramid. At the top, reverse the order to come back down. (25 Mountain Climbers, run a lap. 25 Mountain Climbers, 20 Squats, run a lap….)
