The Thang
YHC led the way down to the Riverside track and onto the football field. Where he laid out cones every 10 yards or so. Unfortunately, the field was too dark to see the actual lines.
Suicide 1: Burpees
- Run to 1st cone, 2 burpees, run to start
- Run to 2nd cone, 4 burpees, run to start
- Run to 3rd cone, 6 burpees, run to start
- Runt to 2nd cone, 4 burpees, run to start
- Run to 1st cone, 2 burpees, run to start
Suicide 2: Merkins
- Same format as burpees, but using multiples of 4 (4, 8, 12, 8, 4) merkins.
Suicide 3: Jump Squats
- Multiples of 6 (6, 12, 18, 12, 6) jump squats.
Suicide 4: Tuck Jumps
- Multiples of 8 (8, 16, 24, 16, 8) Tuck Jumps
After completing our fourth suicide, we left the stadium and headed to the main entrance of the field. YHC led the PAX and a slightly abbreviated merkin pyramid. Starting with 1 merkin, we moved our way up to 8 merkins, and then back down to 1 merkin. 64 merkins in total.
