Intro

As a post Final Four birthday tribute to Stop, Drop, & Roll, we convened to all things 4. The weather is warming, and we are sweating. It’s Masters Week in Augusta. New life is all around us. Easter Sunday is approaching.

The Thang

Part 1: Traveling Four by Fours

Round 1 of Traveling Four by Fours: Bear crawl 4 lines and then do 4 rounds of 4 Four by Four’s (4 merkins + 4 mountain climbers is one Four by Four rep) every 4 lines for Round 1. Crab Walk next 12 lines back with every four lines stopping for 4 rounds of Four by Four’s for Round 2. Return lunges with 4 rounds of 4 Four by Four’s every 4th line for Round 3. And finally, we ended Round 4 with Bunny Hops every 4 lines and 4 Four by Four’s.

Mosey over to the basketball court where 3 PAX took one end and 4 the other. 2 basketballs. The goal was to make 7 lay ups total. After traveling Four by Four’s and dribbling in gloves, it’s not as easy as one might think. Graceland’s new F3 Workout playlist piping in the background.

Part #2 – Four Corners on the Field

Next we headed over to the playground field for 2 rounds of Four Corners – starting and returning to the middle of the field after each round. From the middle we ran to corner 1 and did 10 Burpees, ran to corner 2 and did 10 Burpees, corner 3 10 Burpees, corner 4 10 Burpees, and then back to the center for Round 1. The same for the next round but with Bobby Hurley’s instead.
