The wasn’t any EC today to be had although I’m pretty sure Yanni ran to the AO. We started a minute late as all were still blurry eyed and very much enjoying the cool weather for a change. I find the more you do F3 the more you get to expect certain exercises. I doesn’t make it any less challenging though. Lets get after it.
