Four pax presented at 0500 for the usual Devil”s Ridge pull-up-fest… only without Riggs… and boy did we have a blast! 120 KB swings, 85 pull-ups, and some other nonsense thrown in that unfortunately didn”t count in the pull-up tally…
Quick mosey over to DR where we picked up 2 other pax and got started on our morning. Assisi and Sweater Vest were lamenting on how tired their legs were after Riggs” split of the Q from Saturday (Thin Blue Line)… so YHC was determined to make them know what a real workout was like.

Fellowship jog to the lacrosse field platform for some SSH, windmills, merkins, stretching, etc…
The Thang – STAIRS (and lots of em)
Mosey on over to the lacrosse field bleachers – go up, come down, repeat… simple enough… in between each set was an exercise…

3. Up, down, 10 seated jumps (from seated position for power/height), u/d… 6 seated jumps

5. Up, down, 10 irkins, u/d, 9 irkins… 6 irkins
for everyone counting, 25 stadium flights… didn”t feel like 35-degrees by the end
