Conditions: 37 degrees – no wind.
Circle up and start warm-up: SSH x 20 IC, Imperial Walker x 10 IC, Arm-circles x 10 IC each side, Slow squats x 10, Slow merkins x 10.
The Thang:
Run to the bottom of the hill (six blocks). Line up on the three-foot wall of the bridge. 20 x Derkins, 40 x Dips, 15 x Derkins, 30 x Dips.
Run up the hill. Every block perform an exercise: B-L-I-M-P-S. 10 x Burpees, run to the next block, 10 x Lunges each leg, run to the next block, 10 x Imperial Walkers each leg, run to the next block, 10 x Merkins, run the next block, 10 x Plank Jacks, run to the top of the hill, 10 x Squats.
Part B:
Mosey to parking lot. Now that we “rehearsed” BLIMPS, time for the main event.
Five cones are placed in the parking lot evenly spaced apart. Round 1: Bear-crawl to a cone, perform 10 x Burpees, bear-crawl to the next cone, 10 x Lunges each leg, bear-crawl to the next cone, 10 x Imperial Walkers each leg, bear-crawl to the next cone, 10 x Merkins, bear-crawl to the next cone, 10 x Plank Jacks, bear-crawl to the top of the parking lot, 10 x Squats. Run down to the bottom of the parking lot.
Rinse and repeat. Round 2: Crap-walk between cones, same routine – BLIMPS.
Rinse and repeat. Round 3: Lunge-walk between cones, same routine – BLIMPS.
Mosey to the bottom of the green.
Part C:
Run half-way up the green, three burpees, run back to start, three burpees, run to the top of the green, three burpees, run back to start, three burpees. Plank until finished.
90 seconds left for Mary: Boat-Canoes to finish.
