YHC was scrolling through old backblasts, trying to devise some overly complicated and specially themed Q, before coming across a simple pyramid workout. Sometimes the simplest workouts are the most effective, so we tried to prove that notion.

Goal was to power through 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 pyramids and work our way down our muscle groups from head to toe, with a longer extra exercise set after each pyramid to further hit those muscles.

Judging by the confusion during name-o-rama, with PAX forgetting their turns and names, I think the point was successfully proven that simple workouts can be highly effective.
BOM: For the last couple weeks, YHC has continued to think, and state to others, an eagerness for the kids to get back to school. That’s the wrong approach. Instead, the approach should be cherishing and making the most of the coming days – so that’s the goal, and that’s the message. Have a great weekend!
