Warm Up

Circled up at 5:30 sharp for a quick warm up: SSH, WMH, arm circles, mosey to the benches, irkins, step ups

Main Event

The main event was at the arena—our “diamond”. The main idea of seven of diamonds that that you do an exercise at each corner of the diamond and then run to the next corner. Rinse, repeat. You start with 7 exercises per corner on the first lap, then 14, then 21, then 28. Plank sequence at the end of each lap. We started with one freebie lap to get used to the method of travel: always face south. Run forward south, karaoke (grapevine) west, run backwards north, karaoke (grapevine) east back to the start.

Lap 1: split squat (OYO 7 each leg per corner; 56 total)

Lap 2: burpee (OYO 14 each corner; 56 total); towards the end of this lap the PAX offered some spirited opinions about this particular exercise/count combination

Lap 3: Flutter Kicks, T-Bone, Flutter Kicks, T-Bone (IC 21 each corner; 84 total); this T-Bone differs from the T-Bone that YHC learned at a Nickelback Q. It looks like this.

Lap 4: Squat (OYO 28 each corner; 112 total)

Then we found some wall for ascending testicles and a wall sit (broken up with laps around the arena).

Mary

John Travolta, Australian snow angles, (maybe something else?) then LBCs until 6:15

COT

The first anniversary of Conjunction Junction is coming up this month—Wednesday 27 February. All PAX are encouraged to come out to help celebrate.

Fish & Chips is moving to Raleigh soon. He has done an amazing job as the site Q for CJ, and he will be sorely missed.
