Partner low plank/burpees (one in low plank, the other burpees over them then swap) x 10,8,6,4,2
Partner low plank/feet jumps (one in low plank, the other facing the opposite direction in high plank and jump their feet over their partner then swap) x 10,8,6,4,2
Mosey to Nooe Park (my kids taught me the proper pronunciation is New-E)
Partner dips (one partner dips, the other holds their feet…safe word is Pineapple if you need them to put your feet down)x 15,10,5,10,15
Mosey to parking lot across the circle for a circuit
Exercises were: Wall jumps, elevated feet swap things, sit-ups in conjunction with a pax holding the feet doing mountain climbers, and battle rope. 30 seconds each exercise, quick break, 20 seconds each.

The oh so popular Cotton Eyed Joe…to the beat of the music 8 counts each of jack planks, tap planks, merkins and mountain climbers. About a minute and a half, quick break, 45 seconds and we were spent.
