Running the Big Boy Steps

19 Pax received YHC on his long delayed return to Ramses. Here”s what I brought with me.
Warm up

  • Jog down to the UNC practice fields
  • 20 backwards and forwards arm circles
  • 10 windmills
  • 25 mountain climbers
  • 10 slow merkins.
  • The Main Event

Pax paired up and each pair claimed a staircase at Henry Stadium, the steepest stairs in town! Partner 1 did an exercise while partner 2 ran up and down the staircase two times. The following exercises were completed:

  • Burpees
  • Lunges
  • Imperial Walkers
  • Merkins
  • gas Pumps
  • curtsey Squats

It still spells blimps.
Pax did dips on the wall beside the stadium until everyone was finished.
Next the pax split into two lines of ten on the football practice field. The line planked while the man at the back of the line did walking lunges to the front, at which point the whole line did 5 merkins.
After each man completed lunges, the line repeated the event with WWIIs instead of planks, and bear crawls instead of lunges. One cycle completed.
Next, the pax did gorilla hops and dry docks until both lines reached the 50 yard line.
We then fellowship jogged back to the starting point.
