Champ reached out to YHC a while back to see if I could Q during my winter break from school. YHC jumped at the chance to visit an old stomping ground, reacquaint with some PAX, and Q the site for the first time since March 2019.

Warm-Up

The Thang

YHC led the way down to the tennis courts for some suicides. PAX would run a typical suicide across the 6 tennis courts, doing an increasing number of reps at the end of each tennis court.

Suicide 1: Burpees

• End of 1st court: 1
• End of 2nd court: 2 
• End of 3rd court: 3
• End of 4th court: 4
• End of 5th court: 5
• End of 6th court: 6

Suicide 2: Merkins

• Same format as burpees, but with a rep multiplier of 2 (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 merkins)

Suicide 3: Bobby Hurleys

• Rep multiplier of 3 (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 Bobby Hurleys)

Suicide 4: Tuck Jumps

• Rep multiplier of 4 (4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 Tuck Jumps)

Suicide 5: running only

• This was a traditional suicide. After reaching the end of the 6th court, PAX would return to the end of the 5th court, 4th court, 3rd court, 2nd court, and finally the end of the 1st court.

There were a lot of speedy PAX out there this morning. YHC enjoyed the push of trying to keep up with the front runners, which changed depending on the suicide.

Finally done with the tennis courts, we moseyed over to the picnic area for some dips, derkins, and irkins.
