Originally, PaperJam was set to have the Q. He posted that he needed someone take today’s Big House because of knee pain. I elected to take the Q with my good friend Maraschino. The original plan was to do a Groundhog Day themed workout where we each tried to perfect the original segment from warm-up and into the first segment of ME. However, I didn’t realize that Maraschino’s training in Paralegal matters would also preclude him from understanding how to co-Q in what should have been a work of art.
Yet, I did not predict after an EC ruck that Maraschino would then excuse himself to defecate in our fair neighborhood. He claimed to have driven to his home, well outside of the boundaries of Briar Chapel, relieve himself, copiously, and then arrived back in time for his section of the Q. I believe the image below most accurately shows Maraschino’s trials against the ‘Impossible Burger.’ Please watch where you’re stepping this week.
Maraschino did indeed missed what the PAX are referring to as the ‘anti warmup.’ There is an official name for it in the F3 Exicon, but I cannot remember it now. I salvaged this workout, as Maraschino didn’t quite understand the reference to Groundhog Day or possibly he thought that I was referring to the 1996 ABC Christmas special (based on Groundhog Day) titled Christmas Every Day.
As a trained Humanist, it is not possible for me to understand the mind of a paralegal, albeit he is the best in Siler City, according to Yelp. Since Maraschino forgot to get a count, I believe that we ended up with 17 total and two joined for COT. At least 8 attended coffeeteria at Lowe’s. We also had two guys join from Carpex (Flenderson and Schlitz).
Wm-up: Four laps around the parking lot with 10 modified burpees at the start (40 burpees for warm-up seems reasonable).
I Got THE CRABS:
Partners: One partner did 10 sit down burpees, while the other person crab walked; once partner A completed burpees they were tasked with yelling out “I got THE CRABS!” 2X

Bump Draft segment:
Mosey to hill on the other side of the pool: PAX run up hill and down to Splashback’s house and then Bernie’d back; We concluded with a Doracide in partners. One PAX did a combination of 5 IC Plank Jax and 5 SC Merkins, while the other suicided to the other side of the hill. Each partner completed it.
COT: Maraschino spoke of the ‘Impossible Burger’ incident and a bunch of stuff about 2020.
