Triangles (as there were three of us) rotated through 3 exercises
Exercise 1 (ran through twice)
- Pax 1 (timer): 10 Bonnie Blairs/20 Lunge walk steps/10 Bonnie Blairs
- Pax 2: Escalating Burpee/Pullups (1 burpee/1 pullup; 2burpee/2 pullup; etc.)
- Pax 3: Balls to wall
Exercise 1 (ran through twice)
- Pax 1 (timer): 5 pushups/bearcrawl to end of bball court/5pushups/crawlbear back
- Pax 2: 10 dips/10 derkins
- Pax 3: Step ups
