  • 10 burpees OYO
  • 30 SSH
  • 5 burpees OYO

  • 20 Bonnie Blairs/20lunge walk steps/20 more Bonnie Blairs

The Thang:

Triangles (as there were three of us) rotated through 3 exercises

Exercise 1 (ran through twice)

  • Pax 1 (timer): 10 Bonnie Blairs/20 Lunge walk steps/10 Bonnie Blairs
  • Pax 2: Escalating Burpee/Pullups (1 burpee/1 pullup; 2burpee/2 pullup; etc.)
  • Pax 3: Balls to wall

Exercise 1 (ran through twice)

  • Pax 1 (timer): 5 pushups/bearcrawl to end of bball court/5pushups/crawlbear back
  • Pax 2: 10 dips/10 derkins
  • Pax 3: Step ups

Mosie back to startex

  • 30 flutters/20 dollys/10 heels to heaven
