The workout was based on an F3 routine known as the 7 of Diamonds. I also called it the “The Long Island Lolita.”
Warm Up: 10 Side Shuffle Hops, 5 Inchworm Burpees, 5 Knee to Elbow, 10 regular merkins
Main Event: Running around the entire block of #the wall
Round 1: 7 broad jump burpees (4x) with sprint to each curb
Round 2: 14 manmakers with rock coupon (4x) with brisk run to each curb
Round 3: 21 pushup jacks (in parking lot) (4x)
Round 4: 28 mountain climbers (2x) (in parking lot)
Mary: Popcorn style — Boyardee did bicycles, I think (20x)Chum did “heels to the sky” (20x)
