Co-Q month @ The Big Louse. Privileged to join forces with Chef Tell and Stevie Ray for today’s workout. At the Louse, we like to ask the important questions. This morning, we ask the most important question of our time: Millennials, Gen X, or Boomers – which is the “greatest” generation??

At 0530, we had a total of 16 HIM that sought to find the answer.

MAIN EVENT

Chef Tell (Millennial) led Part I of the ME.

Tell led the PAX out to the Traffic Circle. Had the PAX form a line along one of the wall structures.

  • PLunge Walk (slow, perfect form), across the traffic circle grass field
  • Line up at opposite wall.
  • Low Squat Hold, 5 count each PAX, in turn, down the line
  • Repeato above sequence, back the other way

  • PLunge Walk, Across the Traffic Circle grass field
  • Line up at opposite wall
  • Plank Shoulder Taps, x 10, Cadence
  • Final PLunge Walk, back across the Traffic Circle grass field

Stevie Ray (Boomer) took the reins for Part II of the ME:

Stevie immediately issued 5 penalty burpees due to lack of music, then led the PAX to the road outside the Traffic Circle and introduced the workout – Cadence Bear Crawl + Merkin ladder. We got to the 2 count, but then audibled to move ops to the parking lot in order to avoid death by vehicle.

Once back at the parking lot, Stevie issued 5 more penalty burpees for having to relocate ops. Resume workout.

  • Bear Crawl + Merkin Ladder Climb
  • Start with a single cadence count Bear Crawl and a single Merkin, then up to a two cadence count Bear Crawl + two Merkins, then up again to a three cadence count BC + three Merkins, etc… up to a ten cadence count BC + ten Merkins.

Brief stop for a couple 10 counts

  • Crab Walk + WWII Ladder Descent
  • Start with a ten cadence count Crab Walk and ten WWIIs, then descend to a nine cadence count Crab Walk and nine WWIIs, then down again to an eight cadence count CW + eight WWIIs, etc…down to a single cadence count CW + a single WWII.

Think about what you did yesterday. Now, what if that was the last day of your life? Are you satisfied with how it turned out? Was it everything you hoped it would be? If so, awesome. If not, think about what was missing, or what you would need in order to be satisfied. The things that are coming into your mind are your priorities, right here, right now. Focus on those priorities. Take small steps now to bring those things into your life. Make it happen. Life your best life, brothers. Now is the time. Aye.

** Big thanks to Chef Tell and Stevie Ray for joining forces with me today. Great job, brothers.

** Thanks to Chum and Rambler for the EC ruckership

** Prayers for Chef Tell’s M, Cheesesplint and his 2.0s, Milton’s M. Ask for comfort and quick healing

** Prayers for all those who are suffering the coronavirus. Ask for wisdom and guidance to bring order, control, and solutions to this current crisis.
