There was some confusion on Slack about the longitude and latitude coordinates of The Wall. The answer to that question is, The Wall is everywhere and The Wall is nowhere. Out here your GPS won”t work, time goes backwards, the laws of physics don”t apply, dark energy ceases to expand the universe and nobody will hear your screams. Once pleasantries were exchanged and the PAX got there bearings, YHC broke up the party and we got to work. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 let”s launch this thing.

Yog over to the tennis courts and partner up
1) P1 on one sideline, P2 on the other sideline facing each other.
Bear Crawl and meet in the middle of the court, hand slap merkins, crawl bear back

2) All PAX line up on the side line and traverse the tennis courts

Lunge Walk

3) Gentleman”s jog over to the wall and break up into groups
G1 complete wall walkers all the way around (BTTW walk around the wall)
G2 rotate through 20 WWIIs, 5 burpees until wall walkers are done

5) Gentle yog over to the grassy hill for some wheel of [X]
