Ring Around the Circle

Every 4 minutes 3 Pax & YHC circle school bus traffic circle. With the two or so minutes left after our run, we along with our partner completed 100 of each of the following exercises: Burpees, Squats, Merkins, WW II’s, Flutter Kicks, Dry Docks and more Burpees.

Run, Complete 100 Burpees shared with partner until completion. Run every four minutes regardless of count. Continue until completion or next round of running.

Repeat above replacing Burpees with Squats, Merkins, WW II’s, Flutter Kicks, Dry Docks and another round of Burpees.
