Reverse Aging

3 for HGB-led Murph training EC.  Got to take advantage of the crossbars on the awning for some pullup modifications.  Scintillating.

On a cold and rainy Tuesday morning, newly into DST, and a predictably underwhelming Maraschino Q, the Fart Sack Force was strong.  YHC practically fell asleep during EC due to some late-night antics (no, not those kind), so he was particularly leavened to see 4 PAX waiting for him when he and 2 other ECers turned the corner from the Murph training.

The theme was reversing the signs of aging, and traveling back in time.  YHC obliged.  Here is your obligatory BB soundtrack.

Thang #3

Dan Lieutenants (Lieutenant Dans with reverse travelling lunges) the length of the parking lot.  Counted down from 10 squats and then counted down from 5 squats.

Thang #2

One PAX did crawl bears down the entirety of the sidewalk.  Remaining PAX did 10 IC Australian Mountain Climbers and then People’s chair until crawl-bearing PAX finished.  Each PAX took their turn crawl bearing.

Thang #1

PAX split into two groups.  Group 1 did 10 slow dips (with the slow count during the concentric contractions), 10 slow pistol squats on left leg (with slow count on the descent, which YHC believes is the eccentric portion) , 10 slow pistol squats on right leg (with slow count on the descent).

Group 2 did slow merkins (with the slow count during the concentric portion), 10 IC left lunge pulses, and 10 IC right lunge pulses.

Flapjack.  3 rounds of each exercise.

Although this should technically have been at the beginning, YHC feared mutiny if he started with COT.  Learned afterwards Yanni did the reverse ME during a convergence replete with driving his car in reverse into the parking lot to start and starting with COT.

Prayer requests for spring breakers and Pax dealing with tragedy and strife.  Name-a-rama.  YHC took us out.
