Intro: This was my VQ at #farmboys. I decided to include the name of the PAX who is the penultimate Farm Boy–the one and only Bogey. Four PAX fartsacked. Mueller and Elwood promised to post at The Thicket yesterday. Since Mueller is an attorney, I trusted his word, because attorneys don’t lie. Elwood is reserved and fast, so I’ve decided that his real occupation is something covert for either a state and, or, federal agency.

Wm-up: Bear Crawl; calf crawl (baby crawl); bear crawl around farmers’ market

1. 20 IC pulsing squats (outhouse squats); 15 regular merkins with the last five being star merkins (Bogey loves the star merkin because he is a star); 20 switcharoo (dosey-doe) jump squats; 1 arm-extended merkins (20 on each side); 20 burpees with a plank jack

2. 20 IC merkins with a peter (fess) parker; 20 IC short pulsing squats; 20 IC pulsing merkins; in and out squats IC; 20 modified burpees with a merkin

P.S. — there was some suspicion about whether bears belong on the #farmboys pre-blast, but then I told the PAX a story about a black bear climbing into my dad’s car.

High skips IC x 4 and then one burpee; then 2 switcharoo; we went to 8 on dosey-doe burpees

Mary:

Partner up: one person does Balls to the Barn, while the other bunny hops across barn yard and runs back; if you come off barn, it’s 5 merkins; farmer’s chair, same deal; I believe we did this about 4 rounds;

Then rotating and counted rounds of balls to the barn and farmer’s chair; I believe we did two or three rounds with a couple of Mary exercises (dead bug and gas pump)

COT: Cauliflower spoke about inclusion in F3 and CV about supporting Timber’s family. Aye!
