Return of the McDeuce

There was one for EC.  That was YHC.  With no light and scared of snakes in the dark, YHC headed for the track.  Met the PAX at 5:30 and got started.  Basic warm up of SSH, WMH, BAC, squats.

A short run to the big hill.  Sprint to the top, 10 burpees and plank.  Bear crawl to the sign, 10 merkins and plank.  We ran to the track for the ME.  YHC learned of the Dirty McDeuce from OBT while in Wilmington.  It is a basic exercise that can be as hard as you want and can be done at any AO.  It is 12 exercises in 12 count cadence mostly broken up by running in between.  We started with standard merkins, dry docks and diamond merkins followed by a lap around the track.  The second set was LBCs, box cutters and freddy mercurys with another lap.  Next was squats, tuck jumps, monkey humpers and a lap.  The final was jack ass merkins, ski abs and burpees with one final lap.

With a little time left, we headed towards the walk to the famous Wallace Wade Stadium.   A burpee at every tree with two sets of different travel.  Back to base for Mary which consisted of LBCs, American hammers and heels to heaven.  YHC took us out in prayer.
