YHC was 2 mins late as Checkmate took some extra care and time tying his sneakers as we headed out the door. But, we made up for quantity with quality.

Warm-Up:

ME:
Concept recycled from Harbaugh who sprung this at a recent Vortex. We used the expanding rectangles of the soccer field: starting with the Goal Box, 18 Box, Half Field, and then Full Field. For each there was a way to travel the width (w), a way to travel the length (l), and an exercise to do at each of the four corners.

Goal Box: Crawl Bear (w) x Traveling Merkins (l) – 5 Burpees at each corner
18 Box: Crab Walk (w) x Gorilla Walk (l) – 5 Burpees at each corner
Half Field: Bear Crawl (w) x Bunny Hop (l) – 20 WWIIs at each corner
Full Field: Lunge Walk (w) x Sprint (l) – 25 Squats at each corner
