With the encouragement and counsel of Mr. Marky Mark, YHC finally stepped up to Q after a year and a half of some knee issues and consistently being the “FLG” (Effin’ Last Guy). YHC was at the first Cougar workout more than a year ago, so it seemed fitting that it should be the site of his first Q. The workout was constructed around the number 50 in the spirit of the fact that YHC is pushing 50 and on the verge of finally becoming a respected member of the F3 society.
Extra credit: About 5 showed up earlier than YHC to do a pre-game Ruck. God Bless ‘em.
Warm up:
10 Arm Circles forward in cadence
10 Arm Circles in reverse in cadence

Realizing that the PAX had actually done 20 of each in the first round, YHC led them through 2 more sets of 15(ish) for each as a single count to get to 50(ish) for each.
Mosey to the Hill to do Walking Lunge down to the first sign and then Bernie Sanders bup (backwards run uphill).
There was no time left for Mary so the PAX circled up and did name-o-rama which, including YHC, was 22 PAX plus 1 FNG who was dubbed “Smokes.”
