Prickly mulch and rough asphalt

Warm-up: SSH, Arm Circles, WMH, Slow Merkins

Headed over to the monkey bars

  • Alternating pull-ups and LBC (cadence) until 50 and 100 reps reached OYO
    • The mulch proved to make LBCs a little more challenging, like laying on needles
  • Alternating merkins and leg lifts until 100 leg lifts accomplished (50 to 100)

Headed over to the Smith parking lot. Divided PAX between each of the four corners. At each corner was an exercise (Merkins, Plank Jacks, Jump Squats, Burpees). Two PAX in opposite corners started as runners to the next station, relieved one PAX from that corner who ran to the next corner, etc. Do each exercise at designated corner until relieved. We completed two full rotations.
