The Thang:
We moseyed down the hill and began our series of workouts
Escalator workout with one lap around the track before adding the next exercise
>Started with 10 Pull-ups, then added 20 Dips, then 25 Merkins, then 30 Squats
Next we did 50 Burpees as a group while alternating 1-2 people running 200m sprints
Then we did 200 WWIIs while 1-2 people ran up the hill and back down
Then we did 300 squats in sets of 60 while half did a dead hang, then switched. The last set was 30 squats each to equal 300
We then bear crawled up the hill in a Indian run (plank) fashion.
3 minutes of alternating sets of 20 box jumps and dips
