9 PAX showed up 2 days after Christmas to try and shake off the extra lbs gained over the holiday. Low 30 degrees didn’t help motivate anyone to get out of bed this morning. But, better to get it over with now than later. Given the cold, the best thing to do today was keep moving so that is what we did.
Warmup: SSH, Imperial Walkers, Willie Mays Hayes, Mtn Climbers, Merkins, Slow Merkins
The Thang:
Mosey to Hooker fields. A set of 11’s but in 4 corners: 1 burpee and 10 WWII’s in the first corner. Move to 2nd corner and 2 burpees with 9 WWII’s. Keep moving around the box until you get to 10 burpees and 1 WWII.
Run 400 meters, 10 burpees, 15 merkins and 20 squats. Repeat x 4
