The Thang:  After a carefully planned Q we showed to find the Poo-Plant had some extra stank to it this morning so an audible was called at the request of the PAX.

Ricky Bobby to the start of Constellation Park pathway.  After an aborted attempt at a Bear Crawl-Burpee ladder we traveled up to Constellation Park a via non-mosey method of PAX choosing:  Bear Crawl, Lunge Walk, Crab Walk, Bernie.

After we got Marky Mark off the Bench we did an escalator with SC merkins x 10 (x4); IC mountain climbers x20 (x3); SC squat x 30 (x2); IC seal clap-overhead clap x 40 (x1).

Followed by exercise of PAX choosing IC step up x 10; IC dips x 20; ring of humps IC x 5 (which is somehow worse than it sounds)

Merry at the park:  IC LBC x 20; IC Flutter kicks x 20

COT:  My first Q in about 3 years carefully planned and immediately scrapped by the Poo-Plant.  Metaphor for life:  Sometimes you think you have things all figured out and life drops a stink bomb on you and you have to change everything and adapt.  So when I find myself on the Whispering Winds Drive of life it’s great to have F3 and the PAX to help roll with punches and find a new path.
