The Thang
- 8 exercises, 8 PAX, exercises to be done in rotation (loosely) x 2
- 1) Timer – Run a Lap – Pollen chase
- 2) Flip the big tire – Pollen flap
- 3) Push the little tire on its side (most challenging and surprising) – Pollen push
- 4) 12lb. Ball smash with forward walk (this was not a slam ball, watch your chin) – Pollen smack
- 5) 40lb sand bag toss and follow – Pollen splash
- 6) Fire hose drag (weighted fire house) – Pollen sweep
- 7)Bear Crawl – Pollen breath
- 8) Lunge Walk – Pollen shuffle
