For October, it is about the time to pick out your costume so we tried out a few characters for this workout.
We farmer carried the block to our starting location.
We did 10 Nancy Kerrigans each leg.
We did 3 sets of 1o IC Arnold presses.
We tried out some iron man exercises by doing 4 sets of 25 curls 10 overhead claps with the ball and 25 squats. We then got a little more iron man by doing 4 sets of 25 kettle bell swings, 10 overhead claps with the ball and 25 Bonnie Blairs.
We then tried out some more Nancy Kerrigans.
We thought about flying around as a super man on the block with 10 single count and rotated to 25 chest presses.
We finished off our character try outs with 15 in cadence spider mans on the bars.
Mary was 15 flutter kicks, boat and canoe with spooky and 15- 3 count dying cochroaches.
