YHC had just come back from Burpback Mountain, having found out that Mr. Brady would be running a special workout on TBL that Saturday to celebrate his 50th, which turned out to be that Thursday morning. Having seen Mr. Brady at a number of F3 sites, YHC decided he would start things off with a brief homage to Mr. Brady, by doing burpees.
After that, we just did more burpees.
Warmup:
SSH x15

The Thang:
- Run to the footpath. On a small patch of concrete by the footpath, we started out with a quick Dab: 1 minute intervals of 10 burpees for 5 minutes. 50 burpees for Mr. Brady.
- Lined up at the top of the hill for bearpees down the hill. Note to self: burpees downhill are HARD.
- Quick howler monkey interlude, PAX did 15 count RoF monkey humpers.
- Run to the parking lot for a bodybuilder pyramid (1 to 5 and then back down for 25 total).
- Lunge walk across the parking lot, with a burpee between every four lunges.
- Run back to the stairs of the footpath for:
- 20x Johnny Dramas, 20x Johnnys, 20x Dramas
- Run back to AO for some Mary, for 20x, 10x, 5x of the following:
- Flying v
- LBCs
- Freddie Mercuries
- Flutter Kicks
