Parking Deck Suicide Pyramids

As of Sunday afternoon, both Jolly Roger and Devil’s Ridge had need of Q’s. YHC DM’d Bitcoin and proposed a Q swap. With YHC announced as the Q, the HCs started pulling in.

Botched and YHC got in a little 5k to warm-up for the festivities. 10 PAX in total for a cold gloomy morning in March.

The Thang:

We moseyed into the Science Drive Garage and to the bottom of the Level 2 ramp. YHC had the PAX partner up. Partner 1 held a plank while Partner 2 sprinted to the top of the ramp. Once Partner 2 got to the top and got into a plank, Partner 1 sprinted up the ramp. Partner 1 then resumed a plank position while Partner 2 sprinted across the garage to the bottom of the next ramp. This cycle continued until we were at the top of the parking garage (Level 7).

At the top of the garage we ran a series of suicide pyramids.

Suicide 1:

  • First light pole, 3 burpees, run back
  • Second light pole, 6 burpees, run back
  • Third light pole, 9 burpees, run back
  • Second light pole, 6 burpees, run back
  • First light pole, 3 burpees, run back

Suicide 2:

  • First light pole, 5 merkins, run back
  • Second light pole, 10 merkins, run back
  • Third light pole, 15 merkins, run back
  • Second light pole, 10 merkins, run back
  • First light pole, 5 merkins, run back

Suicide 3:

  • First light pole, 10 squats, run back
  • Second light pole, 20 squats, run back
  • Third light pole, 30 squats, run back
  • Second light pole, 20 squats, run back
  • First light pole, 10 squats, run back

We couldn’t leave the garage without doing a set of 15 derkins on the wall. We then exited the garage via the stairwell, and met up at the stairs in the plaza. We did 15 cadence count dips, 15 box jumps, and 15 derkins.

We finally moseyed back to startex for some Mary in the parking lot
