Bear crawl to the end of the pavilion & Crawl bear back
After the first round, magically through the Carrboro haze of patchouli oil, Manafort appeared. This enabled us to execute Dora:
75 step ups
150 dips
225 LBCs
Bear crawl to the end of the pavilion & Crawl bear (or lunge walk) back
Post Dora execution, we did ascending Bear crawls (Jacobs ladder) of star crunches -> bear crawl -> bobby hurleys -> crawl bear.
Mary was flutter kicks.
