I admittedly signed up to Q this Morning a bit reluctantly and without much of a plan in mind initially – simply thinking that I was overdue to Q at a site where I post somewhat regularly and needed to step up. I have been thinking lately that I’m missing coupon work but there aren’t any blocks over at the Jag A.O. – so I decided to set the alarm a little early and make it happen. I then spent a few minutes jotting down a ~ 45 minute auto generated workout from a website that Chum told me about at a recent Ruck EC (https://alldayruckoff.com/event-training/crush-your-soul-workout-generator/) and decided that while it wasn’t perfect, it was enough to give me some inspiration and figured with the can-do attitude of the regular PAX I’m accustomed to at The Jag – I’d be able to figure the rest out as we went. The following is an approximation of what went down – apologies for any discrepancies between what I have here and what we did – but this is the gist of it as YHC did make more than a few modifications along the way.

It makes us better men and better able to take care of those around us. So while you’re out there thinking about others – don’t forget to take care of yourself. Until next Time – AYE!
