2nd Times a Charm

On January 15 of this year I Q’d The Big Dance. It was my second site on my Global Post Challenge. We had a near miss with a Tesla during a round of Burp Back Mountain. Today was my second Q there. I came fully equipped with runners reflective strips, a head lamp, and all the experience posting at every single AO in Churham can deliver. Oh, did I mention I finished the Global Post Challenge? While doing burpees in the street we stayed under a light at an intersection and PAX self appointment themselves to be sure all directions were monitored. Safety first y’all.

Warm up

100 SSH, downward dog, runners stretch, hillbillies

ME

Ran e loop using  W. Forest Hills and Oak arriving at the Pavilion. To stay together, we picked up the six or stopped for burpees until the last PAX caught up and counted out 5 burpees. There were at least 5 stops in all. The last we switched to Man Makers

  • 10 IC split squats, low hold, and 10 more
  • 15 IC Dips, low hold, and 15 more
  • 10 IC split squats, low hold, and 10 more
  • 10 IC Derkins, low hold, and maybe 3 more. YHC could not get it up!
  • 20 IC Flutter for recovery

On the tennis courts, Lucky Elevens with squats jumps, dry docks, bear crawl, and crawl bear.
