It was cold but we warmed up quickly with 10 burpees and 50 side shuffles. Throw in some little baby arm circles, willie mays haze and a windmill and we were ready to go
The main event was a long escalator in the parking lot.

Add 20 ‘merkins, 30 WWIIs, 40 jump squats, 50 LBCs, and 60 cadence side-shuffles
