With Asheville in the rear view mirror, it’s time to find another big, hairy audacious goal.  After scaling a big mountain, what we fail to realize is that it can be surprisingly chilly on the other side of that mountain.  There’s an emotional letdown of going from something big and exciting back to everyday life.  Many of us will experience burnout to some degree.  Well, to all of this I say let’s find something else uncomfortable to do.  Get after it unapologetically.  Keep growing.  We aren’t at the finish line yet, fellas, not even close.  For me, the next mountain is Killington, a beast that chewed me up and spit me out a year ago.  Not again, I say, and in that spirit I was honored join 9 who ran the Pine for EC and to lead this group at Rameses today.

From the bottom of the parking lot:

  • bear crawl to tree line

From the very bottom of THWM:

  • Sprint to top
