Once everyone had knocked out their pull-ups, run down to the greenway trail to the pull-up bar. Form two groups (fast and slightly less fast) for Ricky Bobby run (aka Indian Run) up the hill on the greenway, stopping at the monolith near the playground. Fast group returns to pickup up the 6.

Three bonus minutes made for a total of nine (nine!) minutes of Mary.  Dealers choice included Russian hammer, 5-push-up ring of fire, boat/canoe, double leg lifts, Peter Parker and plank stretching.

COT

Four years ago this week was my first F3 post. Thank you to each of you for keeping me accountable, and for grinding away in the gloom, shoulder to shoulder. F3 is a special group; I am truly grateful to be a part of it, and am honored to have led today.

There are only a few months during the year where we see the sun during weekday workouts. It was a pleasure seeing you guys this morning.
