YHC was looking for an old school work out as he was preparing his latest Rameses Q. YHC recalled beatdowns lead by Adolphus, Subprime, Dunphy and other F3 Churham legends and wanted to pay tribute.
YHC is still trying to catch up on sleep from a “burning the candle at both ends” last few weeks and couldn’t get up for EC. YHC came upon the scene of Kitten returning from a solo expedition to Lone Pine and Marta, Te’o, Cheese Splint, Adolphus, Peppermint Patty finishing up another trip up the Tar Heel Warrior Mountain via the throwing of sandbags…Inspiring stuff!

We had 10 Pax and YHC quickly noticed that they were all seasoned F3 Veterans, with the newest member present having posted at least 2 1/2 years ago. YHC better bring it!

We then sprinted from Country Club to the OEC Parking Lot and moseyed to the handrails on the walking path to the tennis courts.
