Warm Up: 25 SSH, 10 IC AC, 10 IC RAC, 10IC WMH, 10 IC Slow Merkin
ME:YHC assumed @Yanni was showing off his toughness wearing shorts and a long sleeve on a sub-freezing morning until he assured us he was not being a bad ass just dumb for not paying attention to the weather. We warmed up from there with the following:
3 x 15 Burpees, 3 x 15 Squats, 3 x15 Lunges (Each leg), 3 x 15 yard Bear Crawl. That was 3 sets, 15 reps or yards. We then ran a lap around the perimeter of the school. Upon return we executed the same exercises, this time it was 4 sets, 15 reps each or yards.
