Warm Up: 10 IC Hillbilly, 10 IC Windmill, 20 IC SSH, 10 IC WMH, 10 IC AC, 10 IC RAC

Unibrow saved YHC from a solo post so I rewarded him by taking a scenic run to the hill behind Boshamer Stadium for some hill repeats. Here’s what we did:

Partner 1- AYG to the top of the hill

Partner 2- Begin shared 100 Merkins, 200 LBC’s, 300 Squats, 200 LBC’s, 100 Merkins. Switch & run to the top of the hill and back until all reps of all exercises are collectively completed.

Mosey back to AO after completion. Upon arrival we began two rounds of ATM’s. This consisted of 10 Tempo Merkins, 10 Alternating Shoulder Touches & 10 Slow Merkins without rest. 30 second recovery between 1st & 2nd round.

Mary: 25 IC Boxcutter, 25 IC Homer to Marge, 25 IC Flutter Kicks
