- Moseyed to the picnic tables.
- Tabata: 20 seconds of burpees, 10 seconds of lunges for 2 minutes total
- Tabata: 20 seconds of dips, 10 seconds of dip hold for 2 minutes total
- Tabata: 20 seconds of jump squats, 10 seconds of squat hold for 2 minutes total
- Moseyed to the front.
- Tabata: 20 seconds of donkey kicks, 10 seconds of feet up on the wall for 1 1/2 minutes total
